How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account via the Settings in the Account tab of the app. Once deleted, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

I can't find my Pop Mart item

If you can't find a specific item in the app, please send us an email at support@bubuspace.com and we'll add it to the database.

My friends can't see my profile

To share your profile with friends:

1. Tap the Share button in your profile
2. Click "Make list public"
3. Copy the link and share it with your friends

Once your list is public, anyone with the link will be able to view your collection.
